The Education Ministry is responsible for all educational components of Holy Cross MCC. Everything from the Nursery, Children’s, and Youth Sunday school to workshops and seminars for adults. Volunteers are always needed to assist in all areas.

Nursery

Children's Ministry for Holy Cross MCC an open minded Christian Church with a special outreach to the GLBT, gay, lesbian community in Pensacola The nursery is available from 10:00 am to 10:55 am on Sunday mornings for infants to 3 years of age. The nursery is located on the right as you go into the church. They are returned to their family so they can attend communion together.

Children’s Sunday school

Children's Ministry for Holy Cross MCC an open minded Christian Church with a special outreach to the GLBT, gay, lesbian community in Pensacola This is held from 10:00 am to 10:55 am on Sunday mornings for children 4-9 years of age in the Sunday school room inside the church administration office. We read bible stories, discuss the story, have music, and activities. The children are returned to their families during the offertory so they can all go to communion together.

Youth Ministry

Youth Ministry for Holy Cross MCC an open minded Christian Church with a special outreach to the GLBT, gay, lesbian community in Pensacola This ministry is for our youth group ages 10-18. The youth group meets from 10:00 am to 10:55 am. All will rejoin their family during offertory so they can all go to communion together.

Sunday School teachers

Education Ministry for Holy Cross MCC an open minded Christian Church with a special outreach to the GLBT, gay, lesbian community in Pensacola There is an IMMEDIATE need for teachers on a full-time or rotating basis. Training and weekly lesson plans will be provided. If you enjoy working with youth, preteen, children or infants and are interested in making a difference, contact the church office at (850) 469-9090.

Small Group Ministry

Small Group Ministry for Holy Cross MCC an open minded Christian Church with a special outreach to the GLBT, gay, lesbian community in Pensacola The Education Ministry has initiated small group ministries called Circles of Grace. To find the meeting dates and times, go to Holy Cross MCC's Calendar. It's ok to visit more than one group to find the right fit for you. The Circle experience will help you connect with God's church and your community. It is an excellent way to build new friendships and grow spiritually. We are also seeking group leaders and assistants. Training will be provided. You will not want to miss this rewarding experience!
